Proposed Rehabilitation of Floors at Development House
INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT)
1. The Agricultural Development Corporation (ADC) & Agricultural Finance Corporation (AFC) invites sealed tenders for the Proposed Rehabilitation of Floors at Development House, Nairobi.
2. Tendering will be conducted under Open Tender using a standardized tender document. Tendering is open to all qualified and interested Tenderers Registered by the National Treasury under AGPO (Women, Youth and Disabled) and is open to firms registered as contractors and licensed by National Construction Authority (NCA) category NCA 6 and above in Building Works.
3 Qualified and interested tenderers may obtain further information and inspect the Tender Documents during office hours between 9:00am and 4:00pm at the address given below.
4 A complete set of tender documents may be purchased or obtained by interested tenderers upon payment of a non-refundable fees of Kshs.1,000.00 in cash or Banker's Cheque and payable to the address given below. Tender documents may be obtained electronically from the ADC’s Website www.adc.or.ke AFC’S Website www.agrifinance.org, or www.tenders.go.ke. Tender documents obtained electronically will be free of charge. Tenderers downloading documents from a designated Website shall advise the Procurement Entity that they have downloaded the tender documents, giving full contact addresses of the tenderer (email, telephone number and postal address).
5 Tenderers who download the tender document must forward their particulars immediately to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to facilitate any further clarification or addendum.
6 All Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender security of Kshs.50,000.00 valid for at least 150days. Failure to attach a tender security will lead to automatic rejection of your bid.
7 Completed tenders must be delivered to the address below on or before 6th October, 2022 at 11.00a.m. Electronic Tenders will not be permitted.
8 Tenders will be opened immediately after the deadline date and time specified above or any deadline date and time specified later. Tenders will be publicly opened in the presence of the Tenderers' designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address below.
9 Late tenders will be rejected.

Completed Tender Documents in plain sealed envelopes marked with the tender number and title should be deposited in the Tender Box located adjacent to door number 10, 2nd floor of Development House. Moi Avenue, Nairobi.
Tenders which do not fit in the tender box should be deposited in Room 10, 2nd Floor of Development House , Moi Avenue, Nairobi, on or before 11.00a.m. 6th October, 2022.
Address for Opening of Tenders.
Tenders will be opened immediately thereafter, i.e. 6th October, 2022 at 11.00a.m. at the
ADC/AFC Conference Hall, 3rd Floor of Development House along Moi Avenue.
